Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 工程技術研究所自動化及控制學程 === 90 === The industry standard of XML(eXtensible Makeup Language)is getting more attentions and has been widely applied to information systems. But, most data access is still dealt with SQL-92 standard. This research is Document-centric application framework study to learn the experience of data accessing within heterogeneous environment. Our modeling work is to highlight the application template of DTD(Document Type Definetion) and XML schema. This research adopts object-oriented methodology, trying to utilize spirits of objectization to process the software design. UML(Unified Modeling Language)notations and UML Profile are used to model XML application. This research also adopts some case studies to conduct modeling research, discussing how to transfer concept modeling to XML document, and how to process modeling analysis of XML document structure. At the same time, modeling analysis of database schema will be discussed in order to reach the effect of visualizaion of data description. A Lottery web-based system is taken for example to illustrate the application framework of whole concept of XML-based application. The diversity of XML will be explained and University Selecting Courses Business will exemplify the main points of modeling study. Moreover, the design tips of database outline mentioned in one paper—Paper Review System Overview will be referred to in order to explain how to use UML to model the database schema.
