Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 圖書資訊學研究所 === 90 === In recent years, the growth of virtual community websites is steady in not only numbers but also variety. In order to evaluate one of the current virtual community websites, TaipeiLink, questionnaires to users are made in order to understand the users’ needs and develop appropriate evaluating criteria. The questionnaires are designed to concentrate on the satisfactions of users which help to evaluate the current TaipeiLink website system. This survey is derived from 274 questionnaires and, moreover, is captured by using semi-structured focus group interview (with 10 actual users of Taipeilink). The conclusions drawn from this research identified six co-factors, which are “Content, interface-design, and entirely evaluation”; “Participate in public affairs”; “System stable and provide other relevant information”; “Interactive”; “On-line services”; “Maintain member’s personal data”, are useful to develop the evaluation criteria of virtual community website in the future.
