Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 農業推廣學研究所 === 90 === ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the resource exchange and interpersonal relations between Hsin-Kang Foundation of Culture and Education and other community organizations in Hsin-Kang County. Nine organizations are interviewed to examine the components, directions and processes of resource exchange, and the interpersonal relations among these organizations. The effects of interpersonal relations on resource exchange are also discussed. The characteristics of community organizations, the interpersonal relations between the members from different organizations, and the hierarchical status of organizations seem to determine the exchange model of resource. The interpersonal relations among organizations also can increase the frequencies of resource exchange and facilitate cooperative activities among these organizations. Four models of resource exchange are summarized as follows: the investment model, the mobilization model, the relational feedback model, and the friendship exchange model. As reviewing the community development process of Hsin-Kang County, the Foundation play a mediating role among all organizations, with integrating and mobilizing community resources and enhancing the quality of life in the whole county.
