This study is performded on a data sample of $29.1$ fb$^{-1}$ with about 31.7$\pm$0.3 M $B \bar B$ events which was collected by the Belle experiment at KEKB. The final branching ratios of $B^+\to\eta K^+$ and $B^+\to\eta \pi^+$ from different types of fits are given. Since the significance of these modes were not great enough, the upper limit with 90$\%$ C.L. were also given. For $\eta K$ and $\eta \pi$ modes, the upper limits are about $8.0\times 10^{-6}$ and $6.5\times 10^{-6}$. Also, we have check the systematic errors and feeddoen problem, the systematic errors are within 4$\%$ and the feeddown problems are acceptable in this analysis.
