The synthesis of symmetrical oligonorborane- based DSA molecules are described. These molecules are used to explore the effects of molecular geometry on photoinduced electron transfer rate. In compound (9 ) the fluorescence of naphthalene is quenched 94% by acceptor, where in compound (10) it is quenched 35% .
