Later, in 90s motivated by overcoming some problematic requirements of PEM for multivariable system identification, the subspace have been developed.Such subspacemodels has been found useful in control system and process monitoring.The aim of this research tries to simplify the subspace identification algorithm for easy use in developing dynamic filter for formulating Dynamic PCA. Though the use of the filter and the DPCA, faults in the dynamic data can be detected and isolated. Application of the proposed method to test the fault detection and isolation on a simulated multivariable system in this illustrated.
