The PANI / SPU blends were prepared by blending the PANI and SPU and then dopped with DBSA. For the blends, addition of DBSA can raise the conductivity of PANI/SPU blends but lower the mechanical properties of the resultant blends. In the study, the polyaniline was directly synthesized in SPU solution of the H2O/NMP solvent. The content of polyaniline in the blends can be increased because of the better solubility of PANI in NMP . The Blends were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR)、differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) 、thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) 、scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and shield effect evaluator to correlate the characterization, mechanical properties、thermal properties and EMI effectiveness, respectively.
