Summary:碩士 === 臺東師範學院 === 教育研究所 === 90 === The main subjects were focused on 90 county elementary faculty, not included the elementary school of National Taitung Teachers College. The purpose of this study was to explore the cognition of school vision by literature review analysis, SWOT model and questionnaires. And also participating live observation, interview, and interaction in order to understand the procession of the school vision construction. Then related literatures about every school would be collected. By using SPSS statistic program, 267 questionnaires would be analyzed. And the study compared with 8 interview results in order to understand faculty for school vision construction procession and the cognition of future development. Most of Taitung county elementary schools have followed to construct the school vision, and procession is an initial good result now. Whether or not to complete predictive goals, all faulty would keep continuing to do so. After this research study, the following results would be specific methods of school vision: 1.School vision could not reach in a short time. Even though it was simple, the school vision could be completed by school-based curriculum. Under this situation, it would be done effectively and become the character of this school. 2.It must be composed of multi-cooperation by principals’ leading styles, school cultures, and team learning atmospheres in school vision construction.
