| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 90 === With the coming of knowledge-based economy era, the entrepreneurs have learnt that the knowledge management in an organization plays a significant role although land, capital and labor used to be regarded as the priority in management. The method of collecting and utilizing the knowledge is of great importance in this era, however most of the companies couldn’t effectively manage to set up the knowledge management system.
In literature review, major researchers emphasize the exploration of the concept with regard to the knowledge management. Therefore this case study constructs the workable model on basis of the crimping production procedure of the mentioned company.
This research has analyzed the procedures of applying the knowledge management system-knowledge collection, framework of data space, knowledge utilization and knowledge enlargement. In addition, this study aims at：
1. The presentation of procedures of constructing knowledge management system by collecting and analyzing the literature including from journals, textbooks and professional books.
2. The establishment of the framework of knowledge management on crimping production process of plug.
