This change is evident in the raise of cultural-products industries, and is particularly in the music industry. Until 1993, the five international music corporations invest in Taiwan, and Taiwan will be the central place in “Chinese Music Market” nowadays. The location characteristic of the music industry in Taiwan is shown that Taipei is the core center of music production. It means that Taipei exist a capacity to develop music industry. However, the fake issue is seen as a crisis to the development of music industry. Therefore, this study attempts to know the role of state and market, which act as outside powers of the transformation in music industry. Furthermore, this study analyzes the dense spatially agglomerated interactions in the industry network, and discusses about the relation between music industry and specific spatial distinguishing characteristics. Consequently, it talks over the intrinsic quality and the meaning of fake issues. Taiwan music industry is the key subject of this study. Papers are reviewed in it, which relate to Taiwan music industry and theories, in order to create hypotheses. This research concludes following conclusions; which list as below. First, the role of state is the main shaft in progress of Taiwan music industry. Since 1990s, globalization market becomes as the leading role, and it results in a completed music industry network. Second, music industry is a spatially agglomerated network, which involves dense social interactions. And then, creativity is the main element of music industry. Third, completed music industry network and special creativity atmosphere capital construct the “music creativity system” in Taipei. A balance between factors of embeddeness and flow- embeddeness sactors is the key element of the system. Factors of disembeddeness sectors are threatening the creativity of music. Fourth, the fake issue is embedded in the progress of Taiwan music industry, and it involves in consumer culture, international capitalism, and technology development. Until now, music creativity system in Taipei is facing a re-adjustment of institutional regulation. By the suggestions mentioned above, Taipei has lots of potential to develop music creativity system. According to Taipei’s competitive advantages of music industry in worldwide Chinese music market, the governance can make city marketing by music industry. As a result, Taipei can be the R&D center of the Chinese music market in the future.
