碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 企業管理學系 === 90 === The business model of the industry of IC channel is to choice appropriate materials/equipments and to transfer to their customers. In this modern life, using smart and intelligent methods to solve such kind of questions is very important. This thesis discussed how to formalize and model the processes of solving these questions in order to increase the efficient of IC channel. Purpose：1. To build up the business intelligent logic for the industry of IC channel.2. Studying how IC channel making decisions about relative materials and better the process of solving such questions.Method：By studying general business model of IC trade companies, we specified some questions for the relative material of IC industry. For the purpose of building the business intelligent logic for IC channel, we met some experts, analyzing the data, and studied relative articles.Conclusion：By studying BI articles and meeting relative experts, we built up the logic for solving the questions of making decisions of relative materials. Then, we took the P company for example and prove the accuracy of the logic. Contribution：1.Building up the business intelligent logic for IC channel.：First, we arranged relative articles of BI and IC channel and adjusted the business model for the industry.Second, using real data of the P company to proof the accuracy of the BI logic By expanding the process of solving relative questions, we tried to formalize the detail process for dealing with questions such like making decisions of transactions of relative materials. Further more, we figured out the differences between process of manufacture and sub-process of manufacturing. Therefore, the way to find the data of manufacturing process is more efficient.2.IC trade companies could use this thesis to make better decision for relative materials.：Managers of IC trade companies could use the information of the thesis not only to easily get appropriate information of target materials but to make better decision. 3.IC trade companies could use the ideas of the thesis to design their own BI systems.
