E-business implementation for Enterprise to construct a global Internet is an unavoidable trend. On account of the development of Internet construction and the support of government policy, marketing supply chain is now steadily improving. However, for the sake of lacking a set of indicators to measure the performance of e-business implementation and an integrated implementation plan, Enterprise hesitates to move forward while facing this kind of issues. Therefore, how to measure the indicators for e-business implementation is the main motivation in this thesis. The research in this thesis is based on the exploratory method and case interview to find the leading indicators and lagging indicators of e-business implementation. And it is improved that there are seven leading indicators in the process of implementation: management promise and support, education training, project organization, planning for implementation, supplier partnerships and support, feedback, and IT ability. While the implementation is applied, there are also seven lagging indicators: supply chain management cost, operating cost, inventory days of supply, perfect order fulfillment, order fulfillment lead time, supply chain response time, and information sharing.
