碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 企業管理學系 === 90 === With the rapid development of technology, ERP becomes a very important tool to the enterprise. Most of firms depend on information gathering and analysis to make their corporate decision and future business planning. Therefore, how to offer valuable, correct and timely information to the enterprise become a popular issue in the last decade. The purpose of this thesis is to: 1. To discuss the ERP model how to change those company’s value chain. 2. To discuss the ERP model for company that offer what kind of value. 3. To discuss company how to valuate the ERP model. In order to get the detail and accurate information, the writer had personally interviewed management officer from Nortel Networks, Ericsson and 3Com which have used ERP for a while. After the comparison of their ERP model, the writer concluded this thesis by giving his suggestions to the reader.
