Summary:碩士 === 國立台北師範學院 === 課程與教學研究所 === 90 === This study’s subject is a novice teacher with four years experiences. He is teaching the 6th grade in an elementary school. The purpose of this study is to understand how the intrapersonal intelligence will be affected and what will be inspired as a teacher practices the Reflective Teaching. More specifically, this study is expected to be an example of analyzing the intrapersonal intelligent of a teacher through exploring the required theory implicit of intrapersonal intelligent. From the processes of practicing the Reflective Teaching, understanding the content of intrapersonal and reflective activity inside a teacher, knowing what attitude and strategy will be adopted as a teacher faces the critical incidents, and realizing the impact on the teacher for the inspiration of teaching. The data collection is employed the quality research method, that focus on the deep-interview and cooperate in the observation on teaching, record the reflection journal, and collect relevant document. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1.Teachers review their past experiences may help themselves to find out the factors that effect their teaching and therefore get a lot of worthy information to enhance their introspection-ability; 2.A person''s special behavior or attitude will influence teacher’s intrapersonal intelligence as the teacher practices the Reflective Teaching; 3.In the reflective teaching process, teachers may experience some complex emotions and thoughts that will be good for them to do deeply introspec activity; 4.The Reflective Teaching is different from general teaching, it can help teachers to realize the deviation easier in relation to their belief and behavior; 5.The Reflective Teaching is a long trial journey, it needs teachers to practice zealously the reflective activity to ensure the quality of teaching; 6.Teachers must pay more attention on the affection teaching, that is based on concerning students and employing the trust-relation between teachers and students to promote affection teaching; and 7.Parents and students are the resources for teacher practicing the reflective teaching.
