Summary: | 碩士 === 國立台北師範學院 === 課程與教學研究所 === 90 === The study was based on two Bourdieu’s concepts:field and habitus. The research methods used in this study are literary analysis, interviewing with five elementary school teachers, and non-participation observation. Two major elementary schools, Yi-Yi and Shan-Shan, were the studying field.The main purposes of this research are to discuss about the relationship between school field and teachers habitual behavior, to understand the teachers’ perception about school field and teachers’ habitus, to discuss the school field and teachers’ habitus that teachers have perceived, and teachers’ responses to the curriculum reform.
The research uses classroom routine affairs, the relationship between managers and teachers, teachers and pupils, teachers and parents in the school field to analysis the teachers habitual behavior developed under many different objective relationship. In teachers’ habitual behavior part, the results from this research reveal that teachers are inclined to avoid conflicts, have few interactions between each other, devote to the classroom affairs. In teachers’ perception part, the perceptions of teachers to school field are conservative, simple, and closed. The perceptions of teachers to teachers’ habitus are fearful and conservative. The result doesn’t show that teachers possess reflective perception. Interviewees believe that school field do have effects on themselves and teachers’ habitus. In curriculum reform part, teachers’ perception to school field and teachers’ habitus, does influence the opinions and responses of teachers toward curriculum reform.
This study doesn’t provide any suggestions but simply provide possible directions of research to problems regarding with the limitation of research and some points needed to be further study. Finally, the study is concluded with reseacher’s consideration.
