The research methods are literacy analysis and questionnaire survey. The samples of the study are 484 school officers of 53 elementary schools locating in Taipei County. The results are analyzed by means, standard deviations, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, are multiple stepwise regression analysis. The results are as follows:1.The current hardware situations at the offices of the primary schools at the Taipei County are acceptable. 2.The administrative staff’s awareness of the office environment/surrounding is at the average level and there is still some room for improvement. 3.The administrative staff’s awareness would be alternated by school size, space density, office type, space design, communication utilities. 4.The administrator staff’s interactive behavior is at the average level and some improvements are still needed. 5.The administrator staff’s interactive behavior would be alternated by different position, present position in school, present position, school size, communication utilities. 6.There is a low correlation between the awareness of the office environment/surrounding and staff’s interactive behavior. 7.The awareness of the office environment can have a medium predication on staff’s interactive behavior. Based on the researching results, advances the suggestions for “administrative organization of school” are as follows: 1.Utilizing equipment and layout rearrangement of the office environment is a better alternative than add the administrative office. 2.Applying supply of the data processor equipment in a case earmarked for special effort, making the budget on improving equipments at the administrative offices on a regular base. Department office should equipped perfect communication utilities and should be set administrative offices zone. United office should be considering staff privacy. 3.Work expansion should be taken into consideration while designing the offices’ layout and cabinets should be placed in advance. 4.A separate space should be organized to place public equipments for sharing resources and increasing chances of interaction. 5.It is recommended to layout a private meeting space in the office. 陳木金 2002 學位論文 ; thesis 165 zh-TW |
