| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立台北師範學院 === 教育心理與輔導學系碩士班 === 90 === From teaching experiences, experiences for companying in Juvenile Correctional Center, and growing-review of the researcher, who is a teacher, the researcher finds the appearances with great interest（what he concerns for）. In the mean time, he also tries to understand the appearance and its hidden significance.
The objects of study in the research are three dropout students who return to school again. By mean of company, all process about them is truly recorded in the research, and I except heartily that it can be described the three leading roles, A-CHENG, A-LONG and A-HU in the research. As long as everyone will understands them further, and receives them again with the comprehensive heart.
Besides described the three leading roles truly, I prove up my values and faiths through self-sensible and feedback for the objects of study during the company. When the researcher looks back over his growing and makes a self-examination, he also can understands himself further and accepts everything for himself further.
Accordingly, the research can be called “Self-Discovery”. Besides the descriptions of three dropouts who return to school, the researcher also acquainted with him further.
