Due to its all-out efforts, the so-called four treasures of the study in the Chinese culture have been changed from “paper, writing brush, ink stick and slab” to “mouse, monitor, printer and modem”, Moreover, the procedures of document processing have also evolved. Consequently, the study of e-official documents is becoming a hot issue. This thesis begins with the laws related to the e-official documents of domestic international ports, and introduces the development of e-official documents in the government as well as the information-technology industries. The evaluation model of fuzzy multiple criteria is used to evaluate different proposals for e-official documents in international ports and then select the optimal one. Finally, this study serves as a useful suggestion for the optimal mode of e-official documents in international ports and a few relative issues in this field can be further explored in the future.
