Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立海洋大學 === 航運管理學系碩士在職專班 === 90 === This thesis presents a fuzzy multiple criteria decision making(MCDM) model based on the concept of technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(Topsis). The aim of this thesis is to extend the Topsis to fuzzy environment. Owing to the vagueness frequently occurred in decision data, the crisp value is inadequate to model the real-life. In this thesis, fuzzy triangular numbers are employed to represent all linguistic values in the evaluation process. Ideal and anti-ideal solutions are calculated first. Then alternatives are ranked based on the distance to ideal solution and anti-ideal solution. The model proposed is then justified by applying the model to performance appraisal of government officials.
