Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立海洋大學 === 機械與輪機工程學系 === 90 === Abstract Thermal real─time measuring system applied for measuring physical properties of die─casting molds is not found in Taiwan. For the requirement of industry, this paper studied the subject mentioned above. By way of thermal sensitivity analysis, program deterministic bias and variance bias test, if a real─time measuring system of die─casting molds being available or not can be determined. According to those data discussed above, We can know what is the right time to begin measuring, what is the right time to end measuring, what is the better positions of thermal couples installed in thermal transducer. There were two experiments included in the thesis. 1. computer experiments, temperature histories were acquired by a direct analysis, on which thermal properties, such as critical temperature, heat flux, heat transfer coefficient, were estimated by an inverse analysis; 2. real─word experiments, temperature histories are acquired and smoothed by a real─time measuring system, in which thermal properties were estimated the same as 1. Finally, the two kinds of experiments mentioned above were compared and discussed. The theories can be proved rightly. From that the better time interval for measuring temperature histories and the right positions in which thermal couples installed were got. Key words:thermal inverse, real─time measuring system, die-casting molds
