Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立海洋大學 === 電機工程學系 === 90 === Semiconductor supply chain systems are large and complex systems. It may contain several members such as: foundry, wafer sort, packaging and testing factories. Petri nets are graphical and mathematical tool suitable for modeling and analyzing the systems. By understanding the processing flow of semiconductor industry, we can build the Petri net models according to the character of system members, and simulate them with various parameters for analysis of reliability of this model. And we can get experimental data for comparing with simulation ones by the uniformization technique and linear programming. In this thesis, we discuss and analyze the construction and performance evaluations of semiconductor supply chain systems.
