In addition to the whole scale, this Inventory consists of nine subscales:organizational vision, organizational integration, media quality, personal feedback, communication climate, communication of upward, communication of downward, communication of horizontal, communication of informal or diagonal. The reliability of the nine subscales of The School Organizational Communication Satisfaction Inventory have yielded Cronbach’s ?coefficients ranging from 0.7977~0.9103, and the Corrected Item-Total Correlation coefficients ranging from 0.4901~0.8329.
