The women have no decision-making power over the education content and way. But the ancient women still possess versatile education content. The general public always think of "thrice following and four virtues", while talking about the ancient women education. But in addition to the "four virtues", literature and art also plays one important role in the women education. In regard to "four virtues"education, "female moral education" is the most important one. The writer adopts analysis, induction, and evidence to discuss the ancient women education in this research. Chapter 1 introduces the launching and purpose of this research, and confine the research period and content. Chapter 2 probe into the women education development of all the past dynasties, and the influential background. Chapter 3 lists the intention and characteristic of the ancient women education. chapter 4 expounds the women education content. eanwhile, it classifies the ancient women into 3 kinds - the ordinary women, the Palace women, and the prostitute. It probe into each kind''s education content. Chapter 5 discusses the educated women how to influence the society, country, and the family. It is classed as 6 aspects-education, politics, family & marriage, literature & art, economy, and ideology. Chapter 6 describes the integrated conclusion. The writer draws the conclusion from this research - 1. The ancient women education is developed under the "Men Esteemed Women humble " background. 2. Although our legitimist women education is named "four virtues", actually, the "female moral education" is the most important one. 3. The ancient women education focus on daily living demands. 4. The ancient women education is inclusive of everything, and diversified. 5.
