Summary:碩士 === 臺南師範學院 === 教師在職進修學校行政碩士學位班 === 90 === The purpose of this study was to development an instrument (The Teachers Organizational Commitment Inventory, TOCI)measuring six dimensions of Organizational Commitment, to explore the possible factors impacting on Organizational Commitment strategies. In addition to the whole scale, this Inventory consists of six subscales:individual characteristic, interaction of the organization, leadership behavior, organizational system of the school, reward and welfare, turnover. Reliability studies of the six subscales of TOCI have yielded Cronbach α coefficients ranging from 0.7646~0.9318, and the Corrected Item-Total Correlation coefficients ranging from 0.4289~0.8209. The content-validity and construct-related validity were found satisfactory.
