Including the process of organizational internal knowledge and its know-how, the barriers of organizational internal knowledge transfer and. the difficulties for teacher to design and implement the integrated curriculum The research method employed was single case study of the qualitative research. First, the basis of this research argumentation is investigation the theoretical foundation for knowledge management, knowledge transfer and the design of the integrated curriculum by document analysis. Then, the researcher has entered this school to do participant observation, in-depth interview, made document analysis and questionnaire, so as to exploring the organizational internal knowledge transfer in the process of designing and implementing the integrated curriculum in Jane-Ai elementary school. The main results of this research as follow: 1.The knowledge and its know-how of designing and implementing the integrated curriculum including two parts:(1)The knowledge and ability of professional requires.(2)The tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge. 2.Teachers can get the knowledge and its know-how from intramural and external of the school. 3.There are four steps in the process of organizational internal knowledge transfer. The four steps forming a knowledge circulation as follows: socializationž externalization ž combinationž internalization. 4.There are three barriers of organizational internal knowledge transfer in Jane-Ai elementary school. 5.The difficulties for teacher to design the integrated curriculum. 6.The difficulties for teacher to implement the integrated curriculum. According to the results of this research, the researcher provides some suggestions to the teachers of elementary school, the school administration, the education administration department, and future study.
