The samples included 252 primary school teachers in Tainan City, and the instrument was “ The Scale of Primary School Teachers’ Attitude towards CAI in Mathematics”. These data were analyzed with the percentage, the t-test, the one- way ANOVA, and the stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findingswere as follows: 1. There was a significant difference on the attitude towards CAI in mathematics according to gender or ages. 2. There was a significant difference on the attitude towards CAI in mathematics between whether teachers’ majoring in subject computer or not. 3. There was a significant difference on the attitude towards CAI in mathematics between different working experiences. 4.There was a significant difference on the attitude towards CAI in mathematics between whether teachers’ owning computer’s software or not. 5. There was no significant difference on the attitude towards CAI in mathematics among different school size. 6.There was united predictability of these variables on the attitude towards CAI in mathematics. Based on the results of the study, some recommendations for educational administrations, primary schools and teachers, and further studies were suggested.
