Summary:碩士 === 國立清華大學 === 動力機械工程學系 === 90 === The purpose of this research is to study about the effect of various parameters on the aspheric lens during the generating and polishing process. By applying the experiment results, an effective method is proposed for improving the form accuracy and the surface roughness. The experiment of this research is taken into three stages including the lens generation、lapping and polishing. We researched the effect level of the lens accuracy when applying the different working conditions to each stage. In the first stage of the experiment, we discussed the effect of the lens form accuracy and surface roughness by altering the angle of inclination between the cup wheel and the lens surface, and also the work rotational speed. In the second stage of the experiment, we discussed the effect of the lens form accuracy and surface roughness by applying the different abrasive size and lapping pads. In addition, we also concern the uniformity of the lapping pressure distribution. In the third stage of the experiment, our research is focused on the lens surface roughness. After polishing process, a form accuracy of 0.6929μm P-V and a surface roughness of 124 nm Ra were obtained.
