In order to shorten the time between design, manufacture and marketing/distribution utilizing Internet technologies, the concept of Collaborative Product Commerce (CPC) has emerged as one of the important topics. Based on the architecture of systematical flow management, CPC intends to integrate the business workflows of product design, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, sales/marketing and customer service among enterprises by the Internet techniques. CPC links the PDM, ERP, SCM and CRM systems of enterprises to shorten the product life cycle and establish the next generation E-Commerce that should have the basic framework of extending enterprises. In a virtual enterprise (VE), PDM and ERP are closely related to the development and manufacture of products. The major overlaps of the functional modules between these two systems include the item master, BOM and engineering change procedure. For the reason, this research intends to study the integrated processes of PDM and ERP co-systems under CPC environment, with special emphasis on the issues of product data exchange and joint workflows in VE. The proposed methodology is composed of three phases. Phase 1 defines the item master of the product data structure by the standard of STEP. By this approach, the VE can apply the same rules to express product data and can therefore exchange and share these data on the CPC web platforms. Phase 2 proposes the procedure for transform the E-BOM of PDM into the M-BOM of ERP. Phase 3 intends to establish a standard workflow for the engineering change process based on the configuration management philosophy. With this standard workflow, the engineering change procedure can be processed more effectively to generate new revisions of BOM and the item master. In the system implementation, this research takes a camera manufacturing as an example to build a web platform and data warehouse under CPC architecture. Following the proposed methodology for integrating PDM and ERP, the VE can more effectively deal with the overlapping activities of PDM and ERP including item master generation, BOM transformation and engineering change to achieve the purpose of PDM and ERP integration under CPC. 陳飛龍 2002 學位論文 ; thesis 143 zh-TW
