Summary:碩士 === 臺中師範學院 === 國民教育研究所 === 90 === The purpose of this study is to analyze the interactive behaviors between a female teacher in elementary school and a linguistical and non-linguistical interaction among male and female students during teaching process. Here are the research result and discoveries as follows: 1. Teacher’s linguistical interaction toward students: A teacher’s linguistical interaction towards male students is more than female students in the lessons of Chinese and Mathematics. 2. Teacher’s non-linguistical interaction towards students: A teacher’s non-linguistical interaction towards male students is more than female students in the lessons of Chinese and Mathematics. 3. A student’s linguistical interaction towards a teacher: In the lessons of Chinese and Mathematics, a male student towards a teacher’s spontaneous talking as well as the talking interferes a teacher’s teaching is more than a female student. 4. The factors of affecting the gender differences between a teacher and a student: (1) “ Gender regime ” from Teacher’s viewpoint In the teacher’s opinions, a female student’s Chinese ability is good and a male student’s reaction on mathematics is better. (2) “ Ability Difference” from Teacher’s viewpoint In the teacher’s opinions, a female student’s answer is more complete and a male student is incomplete. (3) A teacher’s response towards students’ join in learning behaviors. <1> A male student’s reaction is fast. When a teacher asks something thoughtlessly, a male student will respond immediately to catch a teacher’s eye to increase an interactive chance between a teacher and a student. <2> A female student is more passive but absorbed and obedient, so the interaction times are less than a male student. (4) Students’ learning behaviors <1> A male student often gets a teacher’s blame, redress and angry looking; but a female student gets more active encourage in Chinese lesson. <2> A teacher’s teaching progress is fast in Mathematics lesson, so both of male and female students will pay more attention to teaching. And a teacher rarely explains the lessons to the students individually as well as seldom encourages them with active attitude. Finally, there are some suggestions that offer to the counselor and the future study.
