The main results of this research are listed as followed. 1. Student’s abilities of mathematical problem solving and metacognition have significant growth. Student’s abilities of mathematical problem solving and metacognition have significant growth, abilities of mathematical problem solving and metacognition’s growing is like. 2. Student with different abilities of mathematical problem solving and metacognition have significant different in three measures. Both student with different abilities of mathematical problem solving and metacognition have significant different in three measures, student with high abilities is superior to med abilities、med abilities is superior to low abilities; but med and low abilities sutdent’s growing range is greater than high abilities student. 3. Different gender have no significant different in three measures. Different gender have no significant different in three measures, but growing range of girl is greater than boy. 4. Different motivation have significant different in three measures. Different motivation have significant different in three measures, student with high motivation is superior to med motivation、med motivation is superior to low motivation; and high motivation sutdent’s growing range is greater than med、low motivation student. 5.
