With the aid of various resources, different teaching channels and continuous adjusting teaching strategies, the researcher will eventually improve his or her teaching method and thus increase his or her professional self-growth. This research is based on action research of interpretation qualitative research method. The researcher takes a role both as a learner and a teacher on the subjects of Creative Science and Life Curriculum. All of the classroom activities are live recorded. All the documents, the recordings, the interviews, the experiments sharing, the teaching diaries, the self-reflections are all detailed written. To authenticate the reliability of the analysis, the final data are processed through triangulation. Conclusions and Suggestions: 1.For types of issues the teacher may encounter: a.Derangement between the teams b.Inappropriate teaching materials c.Lack of teaching strategies. d.Incorrect teaching concepts 2.The willingness and self-motivations of the teachers are the essential factors to promote individual improvements on professional teachings. A supporting team, with clear self-reflection, willingness of exploring of related documents and the help of expertise are also essential. 3.The results of this research not only give the teachers the professional self-growth but uplifting the teacher observers of the module the power of research improvements. 4.The results of this research provide concrete suggestions for the primary school teachers and administrators. Further researches on the following issues are recommended: (1). The techniques to ask questions for the lower grader in primary schools. (2).
