Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 農企業管理系 === 90 === This study, based on the expert interview Indices, employs the Analysis of Hierarchical Process(AHP)to construct the framework and to calculate the relative weights of each indices with regard to the tea industry. By pointing out the crucial criteria of quality control in the tea industry, we expect to supply farm managers with proper methods of self-evaluation and appropriate strategies for managerial use. The findings reveal that within 16 indices the most weighted items in the hierarchical framework are:manufacturing technique, marketing, soil, prevention blight and production organization. And then, these Indices are used to select the best production locations in Nantou (Ming-Chien, Chu-shan, Lu-Ku, Renai). Experts suggest that Renai was the best production location. The would-be farm managers of the tea industrial can refer to this study to find out the influence indices. However, the indices will vary with time and environment as to deserve further investigation.
