Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 90 === The purpose of this research is to design a LabVIEW computer graphical program in a near infrared (NIR) spectrum fruit grading system for examination of it’s sugar content. The system includes three part. First, the data acquisition system, be used for acquisition data of the spectrum. Second, the data processing system, to analyzing the absorption spectrum and calculating the second derivative. Let this spectrum values set into the calibration equation sugar content finally to get the sugar value. Third, the sugar grading system, to judge the established wax-apple sugar grade and notify the PLC to action of the ratings. To examine function of this program, 100 random sample of wax-apple fruit were used to establish a calibration equation of sugar. A SAS statistics software with the multiple linear regression (MLR) of sugar content analysed in the wax-apple fruit, the rc and SEC values of 5 specific bands (637, 797, 644, 651, 758)nm were 0.914 and 0.529 ; rp and SEP values were 0.813 and 0.838 , respectively. Finally write five best wavelengths to the program and 35 random samples were used for prediction. The sugar grade were divided into four set, 6, 8, 10, 12 ( ) and the error of sugar content is 1 .The results shows the accuracy rating can be reach 70%.
