In this study, a transport model with MT3D of Processing Modflow was and then created to offer the suitable information. The model was simulated a solute advective process for five years. The concentration information by seven observation wells was simulated from model. The data would therefore import to FREQ software estimate the best sampling frequency for monitoring wells. From the results of general and agricultural ranks estimation, the highest potential pollution was pointed at Neipu, Meinung, Chishan, Chutien, and Wanluan. The lowest areas were Kanting and Hsipei. Kanting was the overlap area of the two estimation results. The optimal sampling frequency of groundwater quality monitoring wells in the study was one time per month.
