Learning adjustment consists of learning methods , learning habits , and learning attitudes in this study . The subjects in the study are students , parents and teachers of the town elementary school in Pingtung area , are taken as the subjects in the study . Also , the study used qualitative method , including field observation ,interview and document analysis , to collect and analyze data . This study has come up with the following conclsions: 1. The educational value and educational expectation of the town aboriginal parents: (1)The town aboriginal parents are busy with their jobs , but some parents are still concerned about their children’s academic performance .they reluctant to see any sorrow causes in the schooling of the coming generation. (2)The town aboriginal parents expect their children to complete higher education and willing to respect the decision of their children . 2. The learning adjustment of the town aboriginal students: (1) In addition to physical education , art , computer and music class , aboriginal elementary students like Chinese language class most , but they don’t like math and social science class . (2) The town aboriginal parent socio — economic status does necessarily affect children’s learning adjustment . (3) The town aboriginal parents’ educational attitude , peers’ interaction , teachers’ relations and children’s characters have various degrees of inflence on students’ learning adjustment . 3. Ethnic identity and assimilation (1) The longer the town aboriginal students lived in hometown , the more opportunity of learning their own culture . (2)The researcher believes that only when the town aboriginal parents stick to the traditional education value by developing their subjectivity could they educate and support their children who are pursuing the education into outstanding youth by the personal examples set ,and , have it convincing enough to enhance the tribe’s education . Drawn from the findings in this study , some suggestions are thus given with the hope that they might serve as valuable information for those people concerned . 周德禎 2002 學位論文 ; thesis 248 zh-TW
