Its purpose is to explore the corrective factors of teachers’ satisfaction toward the policy of enlarging internal necessity of the Department of Education and the influence of the computer attitude of teachers. On the other hand, it is to explore the individual variable of teachers, the environmental variable of schools, the experienced variable of learning computer, and the concerning computer attitude of teachers and presumption. To expect to propose some suggestions to provide references for schools to employ computer teachers in the future and for educative organization to treat informative education. This study undertakes a survey of question and answering edited by a researcher, and has gotten 847 effective examples in total, and the efficiency is 94.95%. According to the documents of survey, we undertake a statistic analysis, and extract a research result as follows: 1. Those who possess the degree of graduate and serve over 40 years, the age of school over 40 years and technology majors keep a high satisfaction toward the policy of enlarging internal necessity and maintain a positive attitude toward computer. 2. The satisfaction of teachers of Kaohsiung County is higher than that of teachers of Kaohsiung City and Pingtung County in the aspect of computer education training, but there is no difference in the other aspects. 3. The support of primary school presidents has a limited influence on the satisfaction of teachers toward the policy of enlarging internal necessity and the computer attitude of teachers. 4. The more hours the computers are used per week, the more satisfaction toward the policy of enlarging internal necessity the computer teachers have. Besides, their computer attitude is more positive than that of the other teachers. 5. Those teachers who charge themselves with the position of chief of a group have a higher satisfaction toward the policy of enlarging internal necessity and a positive attitude. Those teachers who charge themselves with the position of adviser teacher are contradictory. 6. The more hours those teachers participate in the computer studies, the more satisfaction toward the policy of enlarging internal necessity and the more positive attitude they have. 7. Individual variable, and the satisfaction toward the survey of enlarging internal necessity have an apparent presumption toward the computer attitude, and these factors can be taken as bases for primary schools to select computer teachers. According to the above research result, this study proposes concrete suggestions for educative and administrative organization, primary schools of Kaohsiung County, Kaohsiung City and Pingtung County, and for the following researches as well.
