Totaling 8 classes of 6th grade students of primary school students in Kaohsiung city were took for example, there are include 615 male students and 538 female students, totaling 1153 students. Data of this survey were analyzed by descriptive statistics, product-moment correlation, t-test, MANOVA, ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression. The major findings are as follows: 1. Students perceived high “teacher support”, and low “order and organization”. 2. Male and female teachers had significantly different effects on classroom climate. 3. Female students perceived more positive classroom climate than male students; and male students were high sensing in teacher’s control and supervision. 4. The study showed that the dimensions of classroom climate were significantly related to academic motivation, “teacher control” excepted. 5. The climates of high “order and organization” and “teacher control” were associated with a negative academic achievement; the other dimensions of classroom climate were indicated positive relationship to academic achievement. However, the link between classroom climate and academic achievement was loose. 6. Academic motivation was better predictors for academic achievement than classroom climate. This paper introduced some concrete suggestions for improve the teaching environment and enhance the students’ learning based on the results of this study, the suggestions for further study in this theme also present to following researcher.
