Two families having children with autism who were educated in the elementary school were described. In additional, two mothers felt very stressful but getting less emotional supports. The home-based intervention included four items: (1) discussing with parents about parental attitudes and skills; (2) helping parents to improve sibling problems; (3) providing mothers emotional supports; (4) helping parents to connect with social resources. The effects of this home-based intervention were presented in following four sections: (1) changes in parent''''s attitudes and skill; (2) the children''''s target behaviors were improved; (3) parent-child relationship was improved; (4) the two families that participated in this research expressed satisfaction towards home-based intervention.
