Parents used to take part in school education for long history; however, as time pass by, because of personnel change and of being unfamiliar, parents lowered their enthusiasm. Therefore, three purposes of this action research are to ignite, awake, and educate the parents to arouse their enthusiasm in three stages; moreover, the purpose is also to construct Suzi specific mode of participation and parents’ image by multiple participating ways. Three stages of this research are to ignite, awake and educate the parents. The points are as below: In igniting stage, we arouse the attitudes, enlight the ideas and clarify the problems; we arouse parents’ participation enthusiasm with Te-Shone’s, late PTA chief, successful experience and the process. In awaking stage, we mediate the methods of action together, and then we proceed, reflect, and reconstruct. We proceed with action strategy in administration, teachers and parents through the power of PTA. In educating stage, it is a continual cycle process to act, reflect, construct and reconstruct. We reflect the change during parents’ participation process of administers, parents, teachers and students; therefore, we construct specific mode for Suzi area. The modes are as below: Multiple and active parents’ participation image. Enthusiastic and coordinative parents image for students leaning We integrate the channels of parents’ participation by well-organized parents association to the supreme. We lay out school schedule according to PTA activities actively. We make our own efforts instead of expecting others; we transform the 3-equal-rim iron triangle in to inequable iron triangle, but the center of gravity, the right of students learning, will never change. Educating is still a long way; the mode of current parents’ participation still needs to be improved. This is a continual process. Members still must work hard.
