Summary:碩士 === 國防管理學院 === 後勤管理研究所 === 90 === In the past, most research of knowledge transfer focus on the subject of how to acquire the knowledge from the partner of strategic alliance and how to transfer “best practice” in the firm, these researches discuss the topic from the perspective of the characteristics of knowledge、source、 receipt 、context, and seems ignore the point that if the knowledge is easy to imitate by the competitor, the firm will lose competitive advantage soon. Besides the high-tech industry, we also find the chain stores have both the characteristics of “knowledge transfer” and “alliance”. In order to supplement the missing area, we discuss the subject from Lachi and Beyerlein (2000) “knowledge continuum” and Reed and Defillippi “barrier to imitation and competitive advantage” point of view, and take chain stores for example, the empirical results indicated as follows : the tacitness、complexity、knowledge transfer mechanism、 experience will influence the knowledge transfer, knowledge transfer mechanism will also influence “the barrier to imitation” and moderate the relationship of tacitness and absorptive velocity.
