Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 物理學系在職進修專班 === 90 === In response to the implementation of the nine-year-program and the cultivation of the students’ 10 basic skills, the study is intended to carry out a research on the teaching of circuit, a field in junior high school’s science and technology for life, hoping to elevate the students’ 10 basic skills to use technology information and arouse their motivation and interest.
Through questionnaires, the researcher find that the students enjoy experiments and various activities; as a result, he collects relevant learning lists of all sorts, guides the students in learning a variety of scientific knowledge and skills by way of each learning activity and helps the students cultivate their ability to use technology by means of “do-it-yourself”. Besides, the researcher designs computer-aided teaching once a week to cultivate the students’ ability to use information.
Through some changes in teaching designed by the researcher, the study finds that the students have greatly elevated their interests and their ability to use technology and information, but their motivation has not been elevated so obviously.It’s the researcher’s belief that it takes longer time for students to change their motivation evidently.
Over a long period of time, junior high schools have placed too much emphasis on instillation of knowledge into their students in the field of scientific education. In fact, if the teachers have insight, are willing to improve their teaching modes and brave enough to try different teaching methods, they can surely elevate the students’ learning efficiency, develop their potential and foster more talent for our country.
