Research hypothesis will be verified through statistical analysis. It is concluded from research result as below: 1. There is not a significant relation existed between business strategy and human resource management strategy. 2. There is a significant difference on organization performance between different types of business strategy. 3. There is not a significant difference on organization performance between different types of human resource management strategy. 4.
