A school is a public organization, so it is a good application to
use OSS in school.
In this thesis, we focus on school administration.
Our target is to develop a software platform
of constructing school adminstration system.
The platform is based on 3-tier model---presentation tier,
application tier, and data access tier.
It provides a convenient way to build website program by
using APIs of acceess database and user interface of the platform.
For this reason, the developer can concentrate his attention on
logical processing of the program
and the quality and efficiency will be promoted.
