The researcher took all the participants who designed, executed, evaluated the curriculum, as the investigation subjects; beside, the researcher designed a questionnaire to help the investigation. There were 169 questionnaires to send out to elementary schools of Hsinchu City, 130 questionnaires had been achieved. Description statistics was utilized for data analysis. According to the results of research, the researcher offered a few concrete suggestions for the authorities, teachers to improve, and also for the succeeding researchers to refer. The main results of the research were as follows: A. The description of demographic statistics of investigation subjects. 1. Precious sight more and male teacher of female teacher. 2. The past service of the teacher service of near 70% is in the following of 15 year. 3. The number of the teacher who was in charge of a class was more than the section teacher’s. 4. Most teachers did not serve as to have to work to the administration of the jobs. 5. Most teachers had been educated by cultivate system as a teacher. 6. Phenomenon that different district of the administration in census taking changing first item present all the quality. B. Description of the present situation of curriculum designed. 1. Near 90% of the teacher is to have above degree of the understand to the outlines of the curriculum. 2. When the others of the invitation participates the design of the curriculum, carry out or review, most teacher was with classmate of same grade is chooses the object. 3. Most teachers did not attend the organization of the curriculum development of the school. 4. The curriculum of the teacher design the mindset was to regard the index sign of the ability and student learning ability of the outline of the curriculum as principle. 5.
