In this paper, we propose a new data-passing strategy model for WfMSs. This model is supported with a new language, call the Workflow Data Routing Language(WfDRL), which allows the designer to design the Workflow Process about every Activity to act on the data(ex : Read、Write、Possible Write). According Activity to act on the data, designer to planning the "Data Passing Strategy" between Activity to handle the data passing problem in Workflow. With the WfDRL to design the Workflow Process, we can reduce the data routing, allows data routing in a suitable time to reduce Activity waiting for the data and further to reduce the network overhead and improve the efficiency in Distributed WfMSs.
