In this survey, the characteristic of the space, the kinds of building material, decorated area, room volume, were investigated. Another the concentration of TVOC and formaldehyde, air temperature, related humidity were monitored and air change rate and Air leakage value were measured. Based on the theory review of VOC contaminants emission mass balance and results of field study, the investigated dates were used to establish the correctional factor for emission intensity of decorative material were often used in office space and empirical model related to formaldehyde and TVOC concentration. This model can be control reference for decorated areas of the materials were often used in office space. This paper’s major findings are as below: 1、The results of the field investigation reveal that the materials were often used in office space. The sequences were wood-based material(29%)、polyvinyl chloride flooring(21%)、carpet(18%)、gypsum board (18%)、mineral fiber board (14%). 2、According to the result of field measure , the correlation analysis on the off-working hours concentration of formaldehyde, TVOC and decorative intensity divided into air leakage value can obtain the equation;the equation1:C( the concentration of formaldehyde)=0.066(air leakage value/ decorative intensity)-0.41 (R2=0.50);the equation2:C( the concentration of TVOC)=0.52(air leakage value/ decorative intensity)-0.38 (R2=0.56). It mean that 「the value of leakage/ decorative intensity were more high , the concentration of interior contaminants were more low. 3、By the theory of mass balance and the way of regression to analysis the correlation on correlative influence factor with concentration of TVOC and formaldehyde. We establish the empirical model of the formaldehyde and TVOC concentration. In this survey, the characteristic of the space, the kinds of building material, decorated area, room volume, were investigated. Another the concentration of TVOC and formaldehyde, air temperature, related humidity were monitored and air change rate and Air leakage value were measured.
Based on the theory review of VOC contaminants emission mass balance and results of field study, the investigated dates were used to establish the correctional factor for emission intensity of decorative material were often used in office space and empirical model related to formaldehyde and TVOC concentration. This paper’s major findings are as below:
