Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 物理學系碩博士班 === 90 === We study the exchange anisotropy in RuxMn100-x / Ni80Fe20 thin film prepared by MBE. By varying substrates and alloy compositions and growth temperatures of RuxMn100-x we examine how they affect the exchange anisotropy. Using X-ray diffraction and magneto-optical kerr effect (MOKE) we identify the crystalline structure and the magnetic properties respectively. The compositions of RuxMn100-x alloy have been confirmed by AES. The optimal exchange biasing effect occurs at RuxMn100-x alloy composition when X~15 and the growth temperature around 300℃.The blocking temperature of the RuxMn100-x / Ni80Fe20 system is around 145℃。
