Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 水利及海洋工程學系碩博士班 === 90 === The 921 great earthquake made a big shock in the middle section of Taiwan, this quake cause the ground surface and great avalanche (total 2365 avalanche points, total are is up to 14347 hectare) in the mountain area of Miao-Li county、Taichung county、Nain-tou county、Yun-Lin county、Chiai county. The total 377 debris flow river plus the loosely ground surface and avalanche great stones will be the main reason that the disaster happen so frequance in the coming rain season. By this reason, how to hand the sand movement is a most important studies now. The purpose of this study is to use the 377 debris flow rivers that had been investigation in the middle section of Taiwan, and analyzed each influence factors, and the importance of conserve objects. We use the Gray theorem and regression analysis plus the 89 and 90 years` debris flow data to confirm our assumption.By this result, we could set up the process order and the equal factors section.
