The discussion is divided into four parts：In the first part，the occurring and developing rules of phonetic compound of In-Jou bronze inscription revealed systematically；The reasons why Sheng-Sheng forming and all kinds of that are pursued in second part；In third part，the reasons why Duo-Sheng occurring and its kinds are concluded；In the last part，by arranging the data，the percentage of phonetic compound of among In-Jou bronze inscription is 64.53﹪.On many sides of paleography study，such as academic discovery，mode of thinking and ways of expressing，the work is fully original.
