There is most angle of action of the shoulders. It is very important about extensibility of the upper arms. Then, the joint of shoulders is liable pathological changes along with the age. So this investigate is going to find the preventive means, through the study analyzes structure and exercise of the shoulder joins. In this investigate, the upper arms and the shoulders exercise are close relation. This discovery will be an aspect to design shoulder exercise equipment. The movement design will be the upper arm exercise to push forward the shoulder exercise. The research is divided into three sections: (1) Analysis of exercise model: The analysis method is used to measure the middle and aged persons’ upper arms exercise in the morning. Eight male and eight female test subjects participated in the experiments. The analysis of exercise angle is based on basic action of upper arms, include flexion of humerus, extension of humerus, abduction, adduction, horizotal flexion and horizotal extension, internal and external. The result will show the lacked action and the shoulder exercise equipment will enhance those actions. (2) Product design: The guiding principle of design is according to the reference that is studying about both sense feedback and sport, analysis of shoulder exercise, and to compare with existing product. (3) Usability assessment: The procedure of usability assessment is integrating the discount usability engineering and the process of design. The first stage is scenarios. The second stage is type work. The third stage is user and work observation. The fourth stage is heuristic evaluation. This stage is including subjective response, performance measures and work observation. Then this study will been found the lack function of product and redesign this product. The result of this study is showed following: the visual feedback and structure of the product are decreasing the deviation angle of the arms exercise. This point is supporting greatly for the shoulder injury of people, because the sufferers can two hard exercise to help each other and sport to get a goal. Although the subjective response is not getting the standard of usability engineering, it is influenced by the defense psychology. About the problems of operation must redesign the product lastly.
